What happens when I cross 15 students on the free plan?

Your 16th student attempt shows an upgrade screen explaining pay-as-you-grow pricing. We don't create the student until you confirm. Once you're paying, the cap goes away — and if you later archive students back under 15, the next month reverts to free.
How does pay-as-you-grow pricing work?

LKR 10 per active student per month, with a LKR 200 minimum. "Active" means a student with attendance or payment activity in the last 30 days, so stale rosters don't pad your bill.
How do I pay?

Bank transfer. Your billing page shows the monthly amount, our bank details, and a WhatsApp deep-link. You transfer, message us the reference, we record the payment within a few hours. No cards, no Payhere.
What happens if I skip a month's payment?

Your existing data stays — attendance, payment history, the whole roster. You just can't add new students past the 15-student cap until you pay the current month. Nothing gets deleted, nothing gets locked.
Is my data safe?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, lives on dedicated servers in Europe (Hetzner), and is never sold or shared. Export or delete your account anytime — no support ticket required.
Do students need to install anything?

No. Students don't have logins. TuitionHub is instructor-facing only — you mark their attendance and record their payments. Reminders you copy to WhatsApp go out from your own number, the way you always sent them.
